I’m the Founder of JP Connex, a recruitment and consulting partner built on a simple belief: innovation only works when the people behind it do. I specialise in Databricks, AI, Analytics, and the wider data and revenue technology ecosystem, but my real focus is understanding the people who build, lead, and shape these teams.

Before launching JP Connex, I spent several years working with start-ups, scale-ups, and globally recognised brands, supporting technology teams across Cloud, Data & technology programmes.
Those experiences taught me that great teams aren’t just about technical capability, they’re about culture, potential and the right people in the right environment.
